There is research-based evidence that the more young people, including college students, are involved in their community and in local companies, the more likely they are to stay and take root. We've done a poor job getting college kids off their campuses and into WV communities and companies. If you are able, start an internship program ASAP and take advantage of the talent - includinig out-of-state students - that exist within our borders! ENGAGE! Well said.
