There is research-based evidence that the more young people, including college students, are involved in their community and in local companies, the more likely they are to stay and take root. We&#039;ve done a poor job getting college kids off their campuses and into WV communities and companies. If you are able, start an internship program ASAP and take advantage of the talent - includinig out-of-state students - that exist within our borders! ENGAGE!</description>
